Booking and payment

Your stay will be validated upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay, to be paid by credit card or bank transfer and after acceptance of our general terms and conditions, to be returned duly signed, dated and followed by "Read and approved" mention.
A confirmation of registration and deposit payment will be sent by email.
The balance of the remaining 50% will be payable at least 30 days before the first day of stay.
If your registration occurs 30 days before the beginning of the stay, payment will be required in full (100%).

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

Any modifications of cancellation of your stay may generates fees. We will inform you of these fees  prior proceeding to the modification / cancellation of your stay.
Any request for cancellation or modification must be made in writing to the following email-address: hello.woment@gmail.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled 45 days before the stay: 100% refund.
If cancelled 30 days before the stay: 75% refund.
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the first day of your stay, full amount of the stay must be paid (no possible refund). We will send you an email confirming the acceptance of your cancellation request along with the amount of cancellation fees.


In case of cancellation of the stay by Woment, participants will be informed: 20 days prior the stay for a stay longer than 6 days ;  7 days prior the stay for a stay between 2 and 6 days; 48 hours prior the stay for a stay inferior or equal to 2 days. They will be entirely reimbursed without being entitled for a compensation. If weather conditions, teaching conditions, or unforeseen events compromise the safety of the group, Woment management reserves the right to modify the program without any consent or compensation to the participants.

Default of payment / cancellation

Failure to pay the remaining balance of your stay on time may result in cancellation of your stay by Woment. You will still be liable for any cancellation fees that may have occurred.

INSURANCE

We carry a professional liability insurance coverage. However, each participant must hold an individual insurance coverage. We also offer complimentary insurance: multi risks coverage insurance (including cancellation, assistance and repatriation, interruption of stay and luggages). Repatriation covers repatriation costs in case of accident, illness or death. Insurance amount cost is 4% of the trip price.
- In case of cancellation within 45 days of departure, and if you have subscribed our insurance, here is the reimbursement policy between the agency and the insurer:
- from 45 to 22 days: withholding of 25% of the price of the trip by the organizer
- From 21 to 15 days: 50% of the price of the trip is withheld by the organizer
- from 14 to 8 days: withholding of 75% of the price of the trip by the organizer
- from 7 to 2 days: withholding of 90% of the price of the trip by the organizer
- less than two days, 100% of the price of the trip by the organizer
If your cancellation occurs less than 45 days before departure due to one or more conditions covered by  insurance contract: the amount will be refunded, partly by the insurance and the rest by the agency (see conditions above), except cancellation fees of 20 € per file and the amount of insurance premiums subscribed.

We act as agents for the certified  travel agency SARL Semelles au Vent located at Mas Cavaillac 30120 MOLIERES CAVAILLAC / Operator of stay IM030110024 RCP: Mutuals of Mans Insurance by the SNAM N ° 7.482.250 / Financial guarantee: Le Mans Deposit contract N ° 16113 up to an amount of € 200,000.
